If you need a visa, once you have registered for the event, the Organizing Committee will provide you an invitation letter. To obtain the visa, you will have to submit the invitation letter to the Italian Embassy of your country.
The Organizing Committee will make every effort to facilitate the issuance of visas. We strongly recommend to provide the necessary documentation to the embassy well in advance.
