ORAL CONTRIBUTIONS All oral presenters must present onsite.
The presenting author must be a registered Conference attendee and available to provide details and answer questions during the Conference.
The contributed presentation format is a 12-minute talk by the registered author, followed by a 3-minute discussion.
The invited presentation format is a 25-minute talk by the registered author, followed by a 5-minute discussion.
The Focus symposium invited presentation format is a 25-minute talk by the registered author, followed by a 5-minute discussion.
The semiplenary presentation format is a 40-minute talk by the registered author, followed by a 5-minute discussion.
The plenary presentation format is a 55-minute talk by the registered author, followed by a 5-minute discussion.
Authors are expected to bring their presentation on their own laptop along with a backup copy on a USB drive. Changeover to the next speaker has to be done during the question time to be ready in due time. Please ensure you have the appropriate adapters.
Slide presentations should be formatted for 16:9 aspect ratio.
It is important presenter arrives early to his assigned room (possibly 10 minutes before the session starts). Upon arrival, please confirm your presence with the session chair
POSTER CONTRIBUTIONSThe presenting author must be a registered Conference attendee and available to provide details and answer questions during the Conference.
Authors are required to put up their posters starting from the morning in which their session is planned and take them down at the end of the day, to allow the Conference participants to view the posters at any time. The presenting authors must be present by their respective poster boards during the poster session.
The identification number of each poster and of the corresponding poster board will be available at the poster desk starting from the morning of the day corresponding to the poster session.
The poster board dimensions are 70cm wide by 100cm high. Please ensure your printed poster will fit on the board given the above dimensions. Posting a copy of a paper is NOT appropriate and will be marked as a NO SHOW.
The Conference provides a sign designating the ID of the presentation on each board and push pins for displaying the poster.
