ORAL | The presenting author must be a registered Conference attendee and available to provide details and answer/questions during the Conference. Presentation Formats: Contributed Presentations: 12-minute talk followed by a 3-minute discussion. Invited Presentations: 25-minute talk followed by a 5-minute discussion. Focus Symposium Invited Presentations: 25-minute talk followed by a 5-minute discussion. Semiplenary Presentations: 40-minute talk followed by a 5-minute discussion. Plenary Presentations: 50-minute talk followed by a 10-minute discussion. Technical Guidelines: Presenters should arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts. Upon arrival, confirm your presence with the session chair. Presenters must bring their presentation on their own laptop and a backup copy on a USB drive. Only HDMI cables will be provided. If your laptop or device does not have an HDMI output, please bring the necessary adapters. If you are not using your own laptop, you can upload your presentation to the conference laptop. We recommend testing your presentation before your session starts to ensure it works as expected. Changeover to the next speaker should occur during the question period to ensure timely transitions. Slide Formatting: Presentations should be formatted for a 16:9 aspect ratio. If you plan to use a video, please test it beforehand to ensure it works properly. Technical support will be available in each room. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance if you have any technical questions. |
POSTER | The presenting author must be a registered Conference attendee and available to provide details and answer/questions during the Conference. Authors are required to display their posters starting from the morning of their scheduled session day and to remove them at the end of the day. This allows Conference participants to view the posters at any time. Presenting authors must discuss their poster (please be near it during the poster session) from 06:30 p.m. to 08:00 pm. Please note that all left posters will be removed by the organizing committee at the end of the day and stored till the end of the conference at the registration desk. Please collect it before July 5, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. The identification number for each poster and its corresponding poster board will be available at the poster desk from the morning of the scheduled session day or you can find it in your personal area of the ICM WEBAPP Poster Specifications: Dimensions: 70cm wide by 100cm high. Ensure your printed poster fits these dimensions. Posting a copy of a paper is NOT appropriate and will be marked as a NO SHOW. The Conference will provide a board with an ID number and all the necessary to fix the poster on the board. For those using the printing service, posters can be collected at the Poster Help point in Pavilion 19. |
