ORAL CONTRIBUTIONS

All oral presenters must present onsite. The presenting author must be a registered Conference attendee and available to provide details and answer questions during the Conference. The contributed presentation format is a 12-minute talk by the registered author, followed by a 3-minute discussion. The invited presentation format is a 25-minute talk by the registered author, followed by a 5-minute discussion. Authors are expected to bring their presentation on their own laptop along with a backup copy on a USB drive. Changeover to the next speaker has to be done during the question time to be ready in due time. Please ensure you have the appropriate adapters. Slide presentations should be formatted for 16:9 aspect ratio. It is important presenter arrives early to his assigned room (possibly 10 minutes before the session starts). POSTER CONTRIBUTIONS

The presenting author must be a registered Conference attendee and available to provide details and answer questions during the Conference. The poster board dimensions are 70cm wide by 100cm high. Please ensure your printed poster will fit on the board given the above dimensions. Posting a copy of a paper is NOT appropriate and will be marked as a NO SHOW. The Conference provides a sign designating the ID of the presentation on each board and push pins for displaying the poster. You can also use our printing service: your can have your poster printed on-site-you will find it directly at the conference venue. Printing service password: icm24 Important: You have until June 25 to send in your poster for printing, which will be available for pickup at the convention secretariat.
